Find the support agent who is quietly burning out

You manage a support or customer success team and want to catch fatigue in ticket-handling patterns before it shows up as attrition or a quality drop.

Works best in: Claude

Analyze this agent's ticket history for signs of burnout, not just performance.

Inputs:
- Ticket transcripts or summaries from one agent, recent period: {{paste 20-30 tickets — subject, response text, timestamps, resolution}}
- Their typical baseline (if known): {{e.g. usual response time, usual tone, usual ticket volume}}
- Period covered: {{e.g. last 3 weeks vs. the 3 weeks before}}

Output:

## Pattern shifts
Table: signal (response time, response length, tone, escalation rate, empathy language), then-vs-now comparison, direction of change.

## What looks like burnout vs. what looks like something else
Burnout signals: shorter responses, flatter tone, more escalations to avoid hard conversations, slower starts to the day.
Not burnout: a genuinely harder ticket mix, a new product launch driving volume, a training gap. State which explanation the data actually supports.

## The tickets worth rereading
2–3 specific tickets where the pattern is clearest — quote the specific line that shows it.

## What I would ask this person, not assume
The single most useful question for a 1:1, framed with curiosity, not as an accusation.

Hard rule: this is a signal to start a conversation, not a performance verdict. Do not recommend any personnel action — flag the pattern and stop there.
