SpaceX is buying Cursor for $60 billion in SpaceX stock. The deal came four days after the SpaceX IPO and after the complete collapse of xAI's leadership earlier this year. Cursor had turned down a $50B Series D from a16z, Thrive, and Nvidia — and took SpaceX stock instead. Deal closes Q3 2026.
