Faster email replies (without sounding rude)

You're drowning in email and need to reply quickly without being curt.

Works best in: Claude

I have an email that needs a quick reply. Help me draft it in 2 versions.

Original email:
{{paste the email}}

What I want to communicate:
{{the gist of your reply — even if it's "no," "later," or "I need more info"}}

Output:
- **Version 1: Short (30-50 words)** — clear, friendly, direct
- **Version 2: Even shorter (under 25 words)** — for when I'm really swamped

Constraints:
- No "I hope this email finds you well"
- No padding ("Just wanted to circle back," "Sorry for the delay")
- Skip greetings if context is mid-thread
- If saying no, say no clearly. Don't manufacture a maybe.

If the original email needs a real, longer reply, tell me — don't help me dash off something that'll cause more email later.
