Weekly review with honest reflection

Friday afternoon ritual to actually learn from the week instead of just clearing your inbox.

Works best in: Claude

Help me run a weekly review. Ask me one question at a time, wait for my answer, then ask the next.

Questions in order:
1. What did I actually finish this week? (output, not effort)
2. What did I start that's still open?
3. Where did I waste time? Be specific.
4. What was the highest-leverage thing I did, and why?
5. What's the highest-leverage thing for next week, and what's blocking it?
6. Is there anything I keep avoiding that I should just do?

After my answers, summarize:
- The pattern you noticed (one sentence)
- The one thing I should change in next week's calendar
- Any flag for me — am I working on the right things, or busy with low-leverage stuff?

Be direct. I'm not looking for praise.

Tip: Works best as a back-and-forth conversation, not a single-shot. Run it on Friday at the same time each week.
