Extract structure from messy info

You have raw notes, a transcript, scattered docs — and need them organized into something useful.

Works best in: Claude

Find the structure hidden in this raw material. Pull it into something I can work with.

Raw material:
{{paste your unstructured content — notes, transcripts, doc dumps}}

What I need it for:
{{a doc, a deck, a decision, a memory aid}}

Output:
1. **The themes** I can see across the material — 3-7 max, named clearly
2. **The structure** I'd recommend — outline, table, matrix, timeline, whatever fits the content best (and why)
3. **The actual structured version** — populated with content from my raw material
4. **What's incomplete or contradictory** — places where the raw material has gaps or conflicts I should resolve
5. **What I should cut** — content that doesn't earn its place

Don't invent. Use only what's in my source material. If something's missing that the structure needs, flag it as [TODO].
