Build a one-pager with:
1. **The current state cost** — what they're paying today (in time, money, opportunity cost) without us
2. **The future state** — what specifically changes
3. **The investment** — our cost, broken down per user/month or whatever frames it best
4. **ROI** — payback period in conservative terms (don't oversell)
5. **The risk of NOT doing this** — what happens if they pass
6. **One objection the exec will raise + the answer**
