1. **A 2-sentence response** that acknowledges their choice without surrender
2. **Three follow-up questions** that surface dissatisfaction without leading the witness
3. **The pivot** — once they share friction, how do I bridge to our advantage without sounding rehearsed?
4. **What NOT to say** — common SDR moves that backfire here
