Pipeline update execs actually read

Monthly or weekly pipeline summary for execs. Most are unreadable walls of stats. This isn't.

Works best in: Claude

Summarize this month's pipeline health for execs. They want a forecast they can trust, not a dashboard dump.

Inputs:
- Pipeline export: {{paste CSV or summary}}
- Closed-won this month: {{$ and count}}
- Closed-lost this month: {{$, count, top reasons}}
- Forecast confidence (gut feel from reps): {{commit / best-case / pipeline}}

Output as a 5-section exec update, max 300 words total:

## Forecast
This month's commit, best-case, and pipeline numbers. One sentence on confidence.

## Top 3 wins
Logo + ACV + one-line on what mattered (which competitor we beat, what they cited).

## Top 3 risks
Deals at risk. Logo + ACV + the specific reason it's at risk + what the AE is doing about it. Not "still working it."

## What changed from last month
Pipeline added, pipeline lost, ASP movement, cycle-time movement. With a one-line cause per number — not just deltas.

## What I need from you
Specific asks: exec sponsorship for X, pricing flex on Y, a referral introduction to Z. If you don't need anything this month, skip the section.

Format: bullets, not paragraphs. Numbers always with comparison ("commit $X.Xm, +Y% vs last month").

Hard rule: don't sandbag and don't oversell. If a deal is 50/50, call it 50/50.
