Internal announcement (deprecation, change, restructuring)

Something's changing and people need to know without a town-hall thread of confusion.

Works best in: Claude

Write an internal announcement about {{the change — feature deprecation, team restructuring, policy change, etc.}}.

Context:
- The change: {{what's happening}}
- Why it's happening: {{the real reason}}
- Who's affected: {{which teams / how}}
- Timeline: {{when this lands}}
- What action people need to take: {{specific asks per group}}

Format:
- **TL;DR** (2 sentences max)
- **What's changing** (bullets)
- **Why** (one paragraph — be honest, even if the reason is "we made a mistake")
- **What you need to do** (per audience if different)
- **What this means in practice** (concrete examples — "your X will now be Y")
- **Questions go to** (specific channel or person, not "your manager")

Constraints:
- Don't bury the bad news. If something is being killed, say "we're killing X" in line 1.
- No corporate hedging. "We are exploring" / "we are committed to" if not actionable, cut it.
- If there's a hard pill (people need to migrate, change workflows, learn a new tool), name it directly.
