Quarterly OKRs that aren't just last quarter's with new dates

When you need OKRs that map to actual business context, not the team's default to-do list.

Works best in: Claude

Draft 3 Objectives with 3–4 Key Results each for next quarter.

Inputs:
- Business context: {{paste — what's changed since last quarter, what's been said in the all-hands, what's hiring up}}
- Company-level OKRs we have to ladder up to: {{paste}}
- Last quarter's performance: {{paste — what hit, what missed, the lesson}}
- Team's stated constraints: {{paste — headcount, dependencies, anything blocked}}

Output:

## Objective 1: [outcome, not output]
KR1: {{measurable, with baseline and target}}
KR2: ...
KR3: ...
Why this is the right Objective: 1 sentence.
What we're explicitly NOT doing to make this real: 1–2 sentences.

[repeat for O2, O3]

## Sanity check
- Are any KRs activity metrics in disguise (e.g. "ship 10 features")? Flag them.
- Is each KR measurable without manual judgement at the end of the quarter?
- Does the set of 3 Objectives reflect real prioritization, or are we trying to do everything?

Hard rules:
- No "improve" / "increase" without numbers
- No O that's actually a feature list
- If 3 Objectives feels too few, that's the point — pick.
