Image generation prompt that actually produces what I want

Help me write an image generation prompt for {{tool — Midjourney / DALL-E / Stable Diffusion / etc.}}.

What I want:

Output:
1. **The prompt** — specific subject, composition, lighting, style references
2. **Style anchors** — name 2-3 artists, photographers, or visual movements that would set the right tone (e.g., "shot like a Wes Anderson film," "in the style of Saul Bass posters")
3. **Negative prompts** — things to actively exclude (typical AI artifacts: extra fingers, weird text, low contrast, etc.)
4. **Aspect ratio + parameters** for the chosen tool
5. **3 variations** of the prompt with different vibes — pick the one closest to my use case

Be specific. "A cat" is bad. "A black cat on a worn leather chair, soft window light from the left, shot on 50mm at f/1.4" is the level we're aiming for.
