Critique this user flow. Be specific. Don't be polite if it's not earning it.
The flow:
{{describe step by step, or paste screenshots/descriptions}}
User's goal: {{what they're trying to accomplish}}
Their context: {{first-time / power user / mobile / hurried, etc.}}
Walk me through:
1. **The first friction** they'll hit and why
2. **Where they're likely to drop off** — and what specifically causes it
3. **The mental model mismatch** — places where the UI doesn't match how users think about the task
4. **What I'm doing well** — be honest, but only if it's actually well-done (don't pad)
5. **The single highest-leverage change** — one thing that would meaningfully improve the flow
6. **What I should NOT change** despite what users might say in surveys — sometimes user feedback is wrong
Reference real UX principles where they apply (Hick's, Fitts's, recognition vs recall, etc.) — don't just have opinions.UXcritiqueflows
